The Department of Family and Equal Opportunities through the Management of Social Services face the challenge of reducing printing costs, unify recruitment criteria and give the organization new functionalities to achive being able to have sustainability policies and expenditure control.
The adopted solution is incoporinf 240 multifunction units with accounting solution including a direct rental fee without minimums and a cost per real print consumption enabled by remote meter reading. This allows to take advantage of economies of scale based on monthly consumption of 600,000 impressions with savings over the previous model by 30%.
